Default Suspension Question

I am thinking about ordering the H&R Sport Springs...I'm wondering if I need to upgrade the Shocks as well right away. I mean I know I should. I just don't really want to shell out the extra 600 bucks for bilstein shocks right away. I have the 4.2L A6 if that helps. All I'm going to do to the car is tint, rear rs6 wing, rims and suspension. Thanks in advance guys and gals

It is good idea to replace springs and shocks together, especially for sports springs. Otherwise, you might get a bumpy ride. Not to mention that your old shocks are probably on their way out.

Dammit, I figured. I usually go the coilover route. I just dont want to go crazy with this car. Every car I've ever owned I've gone nuts with modding. This one is the one I would like to keep relatively stock....(for now)

NO need for coil overs here...
BUT DEFINITELY do shocks with these springs. If you can't afford both now, don't do anything at all... save and do both later and pay labor once only

I can afford both. I just hate shelling out that much at any one time haha.
