I highly recommend the GIAC chip. There's a noticeable difference in acceleration above 3500k rpm. The only issue I had, possibly related to the increased hp, was I had to replace the clutch and flywheel after 10k miles. It may have been due to the original owner doing some light towing before I bought the car, or it may have been due to the extra power. The car was chipped at 79k and now has 95k.

Ok So I searched for Sway Bar install and what do you know i stumbled upon this. I read the discription and now know the basics on how do to it, but I would really like to know if anyone has actually done it themselves and how hard it is. I imagine its like most DIY: o2, Dp's... Straightforward, but a PITA! Feedback would be much appreciated.

Ohh and of course if anyone had them installed at the shop how much did it cost?

I did the install myself (with the help of a friend when it came time tolift up and secure the exhaust after the installation). There is a great writeup here: http://forums.audiworld.com/a6/msgs/493098.phtml. You can do it in your driveway or garage (level floor) with the car up on ramps. The sways should NOT be tightened on a lift...suspension must be under load for proper installation.

When I bought the 4.2, I removed the H-sport sways from my 2.7T myself, but then it got too cold and snowy out, so I had the indy shop across the street from work do it for 2 hours labor.

Thanks for the response, but if i do the instal with the ramps, I can tighten the bolts right, as the suspension is loaded?
