An hour per line plus an hour for bleeding should get you in the ballpark.

OK, my shopcharged me
-$135 for all 4 lines - you might be able to buy them yourself for 110... but then figire shipping
-$14 for Super Blue Racing Brake fluid
-$187.50 (2.5 hours) for install/bleed

Total 347.57 with tax/all in

Not bad

How many lines are needed on an A6? I installed stainless lines on my GTO (total of 6; 2 front / 4 rear) in about an hour and a half, which included jacking up the car, putting it on stands, removing the wheels, swapping lines, bleeding the system and putting everythingback together.

Overall it is a very simple job, unless I am missing something unique on the Audi. Anything more than 1 - 1.5 hours is a rip-off.
