Default Is it time to lube?

I'm noticing what feels like the front differential "grabbing" on my '01 4.2 when I take a hard left hander. This is a low speed item that I only notice when I pull out of the driveway or when I'm parking the car. Basically, the wheel has to be turned almost completely left in order for me to feel anything.

Is this a typical differential grab like one would expect from a run-of-the-mill 4X4, or do I have a problem that needs some attention? I was thinking of lubing the problem, but wanted to get a few opinions before I do anything.

Jump right in if you have any opinions.
