It sounds like you know what you're doing, but make sure it is not the secondary cooling pump leaking (it happens a lot on the 2.7T; not sure if the 4.2 engine has one). I'd also check hoses and the radiator since you seem to have about 105k miles.

Being a slow leak and inside the TB housing helps explain why I can't find anything on the hoses in terms of residue.
