Timing Jump or cam tensioner?

Default Solved-

Just wanted to wrap it up, So, it was the cam postioning tnesioner (the shoes/ guides broke. This provided enough slack for the chain to jump a tooth and cause the issue -but not enough slack for the chanin to rattle! A side note; on the drivers side there were only 14 rollers between marks ( at tension) ; not 15 not 16. I also, cleand out the pan -that is were I found the rest of the shoes... I will prabably do the other side just for fun. She runs like butter now!
