2001 a6 4.2 quattro shift lever is in park when I start the engine the transmission feels like it went to reverse and in a few seconds goes into drive but the but doesn't move. I can move the shifter but it does nothing. Will not move. If anyone has had this problem I would appreciate hearing about it
