Hello, ive been on audiforums for a while now but havent posted much. my mom recently got a 1998 A6 fwd 2.8. weve had it about a week and it has been running great (has about 112,000 mi.)about 2 days ago it started to knock? when you take off. sort of feels like the u-joints maybe? not sure. its not the motor though, but something in the driveline. it will do it in first and shifting into second (tiptronic tranny). any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

 

found out it was torn motor and tranny mounts, thanks to Eurotech Atlanta's help.
