Last week I put my signal to turn but after I made the turn the clicking sound keeping going for a few seconds even though my signal was off! Over the week it has continued to do it randomly (mostly after my turn signal turns off)! Has anyone had this problem before? It is so annoying and want to fix it!!

 

to know what year and such would help, and a little more detail like does it keep blinking or what?

 

Sorry for that stuff!! It's an 01 A6 2.7T. The turn signal doesn't stay blinking just the sound keeps going! It sounds just like it's on but I always checked and it never is!

 

youll probably be needing to replace your hazzard switch (the red triangle in the dash) you remove the plastic or wood grain trim around it, and pry it out with a flat head and swap it with a new one. its a simple simple job.. the parts like 30 bucks

 

I've seen a few things on that. I'll have to look at it! I removed the 3 buttons to the right of the hazard switch (2 blank ones and the ESP) but didn't see anything. I'll have to try this. Thanks!
