Turn signals

I have a 99 a6 Quattro wagon and for the life of me I can't figure out why my turn signals aren't working. I've checked the bulbs and fuses, and replaced the arm. Can someone please please help with another idea ?

does the hazard button work and make the lights work? if not, replace that, the lights are fed through the same line as the hazard button

Did you try checking the signal fluid? It's the problem that my friend working at DSRLeasing has encountered before.

Ok well now that my boyfriend refuses to work on my car anymore.....i have not checked the fluid and no I haven't had any codes come up but I'll have it checked again.
