Default turn signals are haywire, where is the hazard switch?

ok, so i have torn apart my dash and removed my radio looking for the hazard relay switch.

my turn signals are on thier last life. they blink a couple times then just go out. when i push the emergency flashers, everything works fine. i figured i would try to replace the hazard switch for the signals.

does any one have a link or advice. ive been reading this takes most folks 15 minutes. can someone assist?
