I have bene having a problem with my turn signals blowing out every couple of days since I have had the car. Eventually I just stopped replacing them, until I could find the cause. I read on here that contacts on the headlight housing may be the cause, so I took them out and cleaned the contacts on both the housing and the bulb holder. Now the turn signals light up but they will not flash. Can my flasher relay be responsible? The rear lights and side markers still flash correctly when I have my hazards on, but they flash fast (as expected) when I use the turn signal.
