Default Uncontrollable Shaking

Was driving to work this morning and when I first took off I noticed some vibration in my steering wheel. I thought nothing of it other than maybe I had some snow in my wheel well and was waiting on it to fall out. Well I hit the freeway and the shaking was so bad I though I was gonna lose my front right wheel. So I pulled over and checked my wheel, everything was tight and inflated so I took off again and it continued. I got to work and managed to stick my head under the car and everything looked alright. The CV axel, control arms, and everything seemed tight and I couldn't rattle any of it by hand. I experienced no power issues or hesitation on acceleration and it was fine Saturday night when I parked it after work and it only sat yesterday. There was also no howling or clunking or strange noises while making turns. I thought it may be snow considering my apartment complex doesn't plow and I had snow drifts by and under my car that were almost 8 or 9 inches deep (and I had to park on one Saturday night), but I would think that after 12 miles going 65mph it would have all fallen out. Any ideas?

you might check to see if you lost some wheel weights causing it to be out of balance

Well turns out I need new upper control arms on both wheels as well as ball joints and tie rod ends. So that explains the shaking. And are you supposed to be able to rotate the hubs while the car is in park?
