We purchased a VAG COM cable on eBay last week to help us determine what may be wrong with our Audi A6 Quattro 2.7L. All we received was the cable and a small disk with no instructions. We have tried to install the VAG COM on 2 laptops but could not do so.

We have 4 laptops we can install the VAG COM on ranging from one with Win XP up to Win 10.

Will someone familiar with using the VAG COM please tell us how to install it ?
