I was replacing a valve cover seal on a 03 audi a6 with 2.7T motor. the photo that is attached is what I need help with. I was wondering if anyone could help me as to where this goes. it came out and I did not realize it and now I have no idea where it goes. Thank you.

 

Over on the fender well. You will find a quick connector pointing down directly below the coolant resevoir.
