So i'm fixing my right side CV joint and there are 12 pt star bolts holding it to the transmission. But i can't find this tool anywhere ..are there any suggestions as to what i could use or where to get this tool???
any help would be great!

It is called triple square bit. It is designated with "M" in front of the size. As a example, torx bits are "T", such as T25 and etc. Triple square bits you generally need for our cars are M8, M10, M12 and M14.

 

Oops, sorry, M6, not M14.

I found a set at Kragens. They call it something different, but had it in a set of four. Anyways, I can look up the name on the packaging when I get home this evening.

I think sears/craftsman might have them as well (i used to work there, so i'm fairly certain - it was years ago though).
