Default Wheel fitment question

I have an 04 A6 4.2 and I just got some 19" rims and 35 series tires. Ive seen A6's with up to 20" but i noticed In the front the upper control arm protrudes over the tire, im just hoping i have enough room. Does anything need modified for fitment? If/when I get everything mounted i'll throw up some pictures.

Thanks for any help

Typically problems with LED's in turn signals are caused by not having enough resistance which causes the system to think the bulb has failed. There are resistors that you can buy to wire in to the system. If you go to Superbright LEDs they sell the resistors and specify which you will need. The resistors come with instruction though I would not use the "3M connectors" supplied with the kit, use a quality butt connector. I have purchased resistors for my LED turn signals and they work perfectly.
