scale of 1 to 10 i would say about 4.! not hard just make sure you mark doors before removing framework. The pics i posted were for a a3 but i have an A6 and its the same just dont undue the regulator. its un needed. wind window NEARLY all the way down and you can get to remove clips easily and replace them. grease runners too while its apart.

I need the green plastic clib for my 02 A4 I dont want to buy they whole thing, can anyone get it for me or part number for the "right rear window".

 

Mine seams to do this only when the window gets wet. I was going to pull the panel and grease the rails. why would you need to replace them? Are they broken? I would think they jut get dried up after a while and require some lube.
