Default Windsheild washer fluid leak!!

Has this happened to anyone before? the coolant leaked all over the garage floor on the driver side front. I cant see anything visible that is leaking under the hood. Its an 04 2.7t with 100,000 miles on it

The container may have split, or one of the hoses came lose or broke.

^^^ Fairly common problem - check the hoses, pumps, connectors, everything on the reservoir that could leak. There are two outlets on the tank - the upper one is for the headlamp washers, the bottom one is for the windshield. If the tank only drained halfway down then the leak is in the upper one. Try filling the tank with water and looking at the connections, etc with a bright flashlight to see where it's dripping.
There are also some connectors in the hoses themselves, like the one inside the bumper for the headlamp washer line. Any of them could be leaking.

Is it the coolant or the windshield washer fluid?

Maybe windshield washer fluid. I had mine replaced at the dealer and it still leaked. I finally gave up, and just kept filling it with water.
