The wiper bottle on my 2000 A6 is leaking. I took it into a shop and they replaced the O-ring seal, but it still leaks. I looked over the bottle while it was still mounted and could not see any obvious cracks, but would need to take it off to be sure. Anything else that it could be?

Also, if the bottle itself needs to be replaced, what should I expect to pay for that?

 

Could be any one of the lines or the headlight washer nozzles. Start clamping off lines until you stop the leak then trace down the line until you see blue!

Check to make sure the level sensor is plugged into the bottle all the way. I keep having the same problem because that sensor keeps popping out. BTW anyone have any advice on keeping that from happening?

 

It could be a loose hose off of the tank. I had a hose that kept popping off.
