I'm currently rebuilding my engine on my 2000 A6. I have been watching this thread and many zf5hp19 rebuild videos on youtube. I'm contemplating putting the car back together and finding a used zf5hp19 transmission for a future rebuild. Or, pulling my transmission out of my car now and rebuilding it. I"m not sure which way I"m going on this project as of yet. My current transmission shifts fine, other than the P0741 code I got recently. I purchased an upgraded converter to fix the P0741 problem and I'm hoping I have plenty of life left in the transmission. My A6 has 150 K miles on her and I rarely beat on it. Transmission fluid change every other year. Thank you for the info and helping everyone out with the info on these transmissions

 

Hello Jackson, Hoping you're still active and can provide the manual. I've got the engine and 5HP24A out of my 2003 RS6 for some repair and maintenance work. Discovered some leaks around the front flange shafts. Can you still provide the enhanced ZF repair manual?
