I can put on the cooled seats, but they do not seem to actually cool. The seat heaters defiantly work! My dad has a 2008 Cadillac with this option and when setting the cooled seats on, you can really notice they are on. Any idea what to check? Thanks in advance!

 

I don't think 2004 A8's ever had cooling seats, just 05+ models.

 

There are two buttons for driver and for passenger. One of them when pressed shows in red on the MMI screen and you can select 1-6 level. the other button shows in blue once pressed on the screen indicating to me cold air seats. I will photo tomorrow and post pics in this thread.

 

Well if you have them its not designed to be dramatic, its just a little electric fan under the seat blowing air up your butt. I don't think it does much for cooling, i haven't sat in a cadillac to compare so i couldn't tell you.

 

I have them, that's for sure, I just thought the Heat was so insane, that the cooled would be the same!

 

I have the cooled seats too. The cooling is not dramatic. It just keeps your butt from getting hot. There are times that I can tell that it is on. Other times I cant.

 

you'll notice a little chill right at the top of your asscrack, but usually only if you're sweating. it's right in the crease of the seat, at least that's where i notice it. awesome option.

 

Thanks for the reply, didn't know if a fuse was blown or something goofy wrong. I wonder if the brand new models have re visited this feature to make it work better!
