Hello: How do I remove the Bose surround-sound speaker cover on the rear driver's side door from a factory equiped 2006 Audi A-8? (I cracked my speaker cover going around a corner too fast with a mag metal flashlight in the back of the car...oops...)

 

On the bose systems you have to take off the door panel, its either bolted into the panel or its plastic melted to the panel. In other words it has little plastic pins that you melt with a heat gun to adhere it to the door panel. So you would have to drill the existing one out and melt the new one into the panel.
