The headlight washer on the left hand side is not working (right side is fine). I can see water running out from underneath the left hand side bumper. i suspect a leak or loose connection. The dealer told me it is going to be a time consuming job as the front bumper need to be removed. Does anyone k
nows whether it is true

From what I've read, taking off the front bumper is pretty easy, but you might not even have to do that, have a look here:

Super easy to pull the front bumper, most likely a broken piece of plastic connecting the hoses to the washer, or the washer casing itself is cracked.
