How to load the address book to MMI? Is there a way to transfer all contacts or just those on the SIM card?

It should be done automatically, if it doesn't upload your phone may not be compatible with the MMI bluetooth. You need to get the compatible phone list from your service writer, one of the phones i know that doesn't work in the phone book is the blackberry.

 

It should work automatically, if the phone will upload it. It is not done instantly. If you are planning to be in the vehicle for more the 10 mins, try completely turning off the phone (or remove the battery) and turn it back on. Give it a few mins. DON'T TRY ALL THIS WHILE DRIVING..

 

There is a compatable phone list at http://www.audiusa.com/etc/medialib/....0024.File.pdf. It gets updated every so often. Depending on your software you may have an option to upload from phone or sim. Check thetelephone menu.
