Default Brighter Xenon Bulbs?

Just wanted to know if there is a brighter Xenon Bulb that can be replaced in 2004 D3 without having to do anything extra as far as coding and part replacement etc? it just seems these light dont have the Dynamic Xenon projection as most Xenon equipped cars...I have a 2003 Nissan Murano and its almost like driving in day light not to mention it can cover almost 3 lanes of traffic...My A8 is weak looking compared to it. Thanks for any suggestions.

Maybe your bulbs are just getting old and aren't as bright as they used to be. There isn't really a "brighter bulb" as you are at the stock 4300k temperature. The stock philips D2S is almost what everyone else replaces. Other alternative is the Osram Xenarc D2S bulb; direct comparison to the philips but with some really nice reviews on them. Same color temp, and same view distance. FWIW; many members have tried "ebay" bulbs of D2S; stock temperature, and have not realized a difference from stock, besides saving $160 lol. $20 for ebay similar bulbs compared to paying upwards of $160-$180 for the stock philips or osram xenarcs.
