I let my car sit over the holidays and the fan box filled full of water to the bottom of the blowers. I didn't know it plus the temps were in the 20s so when I turned it onI got smoke through my vent. I got the water drained out and the drain clear, cleaned the connections on the blower and it worked. Next day it doesn’t work. What I found out was if I give the squirrel cage a nudge it work fine as long as it doesn't completely stop. is there a capacitor or something in there that jump starts the fan? It looks like a bear to pull the fan out, dealer wanted $700 labor.
