one of the fuses near the Ecu is not getting any power, its fuse 20 amps

 

The ECM can still be toast with the ability to communicate with it. It depends on how much damage the ECM sustained. How do you know the fuse next to the ECM isn't getting any power. Did you take the fuse out and test for power at the terminal pin?

 

yea thats what i did, also if i need to replace the ECM, will anything will need to be replaced other then the ECM, also wondering if my starter will cause an issue like this, the car did start before the radiator replacement, is it possible my ground is loose somewhere, but i m getting 12 volts on voltimeter, i m like lost over, here, dealer saying that the car will need to be towed in, and around here we dont have any really good places that work on these cars, and the dealer is telling me its going to cost atleast 1500 bucks, because sounds like something is serious, but like y would something like that happen after radiator replacement

 

ok guys,looks like something with my fuel delivery, i get spark now and also yesterday me and my buddy did some work, and we sprayed some starting fluid and the car almost started up, but wen unscrewed the fuel line at the engine nothing came out, but the car does almost start up wen spraying starting fluid, so today going to check my fuel pump, if its not that i m assuming my filter is tottaly done lol
