1. A8L mini-stretch, like the previous gen BMW L7 or the W220 Brabus Business Sedan. This one is probably done by one of the smaller armoring/coachbuilding firms like Trasco or ArmorTech. The stretch is about 10 inches, the interior can either simply be extra legroom or a wall with an LCD screen and laptop setup.

2. Audi A8L B7 armored Moscow mayor's personal car

Considering that Moscow's mayor Luzhkov is a billionaire, and that his back up car is a Maybach 62 (when his D2 armored A8L burned down, long story), I'm probably gonna have to go with him having bought that car and specified every single option, down to rug color, etc. He owns doubles of almost evry car he has, and his motorcade consists of about 4-6 vehicles, including that TLC as the main cover car, and also an Audi A6 up front with police livery.

Below is a pic of his previous daily ride, an armored D2 A8L.

Yeah, thats a government plate series that existed between 1996 and Feb of this year, there were about 7000 of them in Russia, mostly govt officials, parliament members, presidential security, constitutional court, regional governments, etc. They been widely blamed for the horrendous traffic jams around Moscow since cars with plates like that are allowed use the "reserved" middle lane to get through traffic jams, and basically ignore all traffic rules altogether, including driving on the opposite side of the road or on the sidewalk whenever they wanted to.
