Anybody know of any performance parts i could put into my 98 a8 quattro? I keep looking but aftermarket parts are hard to find for it... Any good sites for parts or any tips for what I could put in to get better performance?

 

They didn't make many performance parts. You of course can get a cold air intake but their difficult to find. After all it is a luxury saloon, not a import tuner .

 

heh yeah i got that... what i was really looking into was a performance chip. I dunno if theyre available or not..

 

Sure, the internet's full of them, try e-bay. You can buy a $30 chip that gives you an extra 25hp and 5mpg, just don't believe everything you read.

 

Is that chip even truly exist? and if so point me to the exact one you speak of so i can investigate

There are other manufactures but here is one. I don't use chips on my vehicles but you can try them out.

 

this chip is for a 2004 model do you think it would also be good for a 98 a8?
