I was finally able to find the replacement wipers for the A8, but I have no clue how to take them off.
I searched the forum, but was not able to find any instructions.

Does any one have experience with these?

Very, very easy. Pull off the plastic tab, pull off old blade, put new one on, slide tab back over. Simple trial and error would have solved this.. Or a call to your dealer.

 

Don't forget to use MMI to put the wipers in "service" position.

Also don't let the bare wiper arm lay against the glass.
A friend "helped" me with mine and it got grease all over the glass and left a small scratch.
