If you mean the rear window one it's a bear to get to.
Pretty sure you need to remove the rear seat(s) to get at it because it's up under the hat shelf.
Whatever you do don't force it - the clips on the arms are less than fragile....
Several posts on AW have details, probably some here too but am not aware of them.
Mine is making weird noises lately and although I'm not a religious man I've been doing a lot of praying for it.
