Timing Belt Replacement

When should you replace your timing belt? Are there any signs that it is time to change it? I have a 2005 A8L....

80k, don't wait any longer than 90k or you'll regret it.

Ok thanks! I thought I read 65K somewhere...I thought that was a little too early.
