Hey guys! I have a brand new 2020 Audi Q3 and there is a weird thud/clunk when fully rotating the steering wheel while driving in reverse. Seemingly only fully turning the wheel in 1 direction as well. Wondering if anyone else has noticed the same?

Any ideas if this is normal or what the issue might be for me to specify to the dealer when I take it in?

I am recently experiencing this issue with my new 2020 Q3. Were you able to get this issue corrected with the dealer? My dealer cannot seem to replicate the issue but mine mostly occurs when it is cold outside and reversing on a cold start. Any ideas would be extremely helpful!

My q3 was in an accident and I thought that might be the reason why.

 

Nope. Took it to my dealer again. They also stated they could not replicate the issue. Not sure
