Exclamation 2 Questions about my Q5 water leak and Badges

Good day everyone! I am an owner of a used audi Q5 2010 premium plus. I had this car since November 2013.
I have a few questions about the vehicle I bought from this private owner..
I noticed on the back of the lift gate there are no badges? It does not look like the SUV was in a wreck? Do you know of any Q5's without badges? ALso I noticed a water leak on the passenger floor under the matt.. This only happens when i wash my car, both Hand wash or bring it to the car wash? Ilooked under the car and I noticed a black covering ? it was damp? darker than the the rest of the bottom of the car just a small section. any suggestions what this could be? thanks for your time guys!!

There is a TSB for the water leak issue and it relates to improper assembly of a hose by an Audi supplier. No idea on the badge.

When I had my windshield replaced, they didn't snap the plastic shroud over a/c intake in, in the correct order, when they took it out and reinserted it, it stopped my exact same leak.

The rear badges were omitted (not on purpose) during a certain production date range back in 2010. There was an RVU (required vehicle update) that covered it. This is not a recall so the owner wouldn't have been notified unless he took it to a dealer for service.
Anyways, the badges probably were never there from new. Sorry but RVU's, unlike safety recalls, have expiration dates and it expired long ago.

I see thanks for your reply ! Saturday morning i took it to a car wash (laser) and removed my mat and saw the water cominig on both sides looking at the foot wall? and how this occured is when the robotic arm went downwards towards the from of the car and sat there for like15 seconds then the water was seeping through..
