Water Leak

Default Water Leak

Water entered my car thru the window, it was left down for a couple days and it rained. Water pooled left side of cabin. Electical failure: locks, sun roof, windows. Four way flasher goes by itself. What got damaged? ECU or ? Do i half to go buy a new one or can the one i have be fixed

Pull back the carpeting in the driver's footwell. In the Passat (which is a mechanical near-twin to the A4) there is a relay setup under there that, if worn out or damaged, will cause the car to go haywire. Check it out, decontaminate and resolder it if you can, try to dry and clean it, and if not, replace it.
