I have a 2011 Q5 i replaced front brake pads 1 1/2 years ago. Just went for maintenance and said need new brakes and rotors which is fine. The weird part is both brake pads measured same thickness. Is this possible to have brake pads at same thickness when rear pads never changed and front changed 1 1/2 years ago ? they also returned my car with a broken air fan blower which was not an issue when i came in.
