I've been losing sleep over the Audi Pure Protection plan coverage lately.

I just recently purchased a 2008 Q7 Premium Plus S-Line with 45k miles.
Needless to say, it is no longer under warranty, and therefore the dealer tried to sell us the Audi Pure Protection Plan when financing. We refused the coverage at the time, but after hearing horror stories about sun roof leakage, amps going out and problems with the MMI...we are re-considering. Can anyone tell me if the Audi Pure Protection plan (Extended warranty) is really worth getting for this model? I am getting varying reports on whether the company that administers the warranty (Fidelity Warranty Services) is truly reputable. Or, does anyone have any other suggestions on another company we should go with for an extended warranty? Or are these warranties just a waste of money? Should we instead just save up money "just in case" we need to have repairs done?
