Bad Smell from A/C

I have a 2007 3.6 L Q7. Whenever I switch on my A/C, I get a really bad smell from it. What should I do to eliminate the odor?

Have you checked the cabin air filter? Dirty filters would definitely give bad odor inside. Clean the filter and use duct freshner to clean away the bad smell through the vents.
