hi there,

my Q7 3.0 tdi with CASA engine model 2009 only 3000 km on dash comes up with CEL stay flash but heater light flashing.got three code.

P0403 Exhaust gas recirculation circuit.static.

car has no power at all hardly cross 30 MPH even pressing full throttle.
luckily i had this issue before 4 month ago with another car with same engine
so without wasting my time i replaced EGR valve MOTOR and all dash light gone and car runs like new.But i have a Quistion to you wise people why this motor failed to work properly even car just cross 3000 km.i mean it is new car and i found no campaigne
But i found some sludge in the valve does this cause of failure of motor?
