I have a certified pre owned 2015 Audi Q7 with 30K miles on it, brake warning lights is on, when I took the car to Audi dealer I was told I have to change brake pads, rotors and sensors for front and rear and quoted $2700, should the rotors be really changed @ 30K miles ? When I questioned the reason for rotor change they are saying it's a wear item but didn't really say if it's worn bad that it need to be replaced.

Should I only change brake pads or rotors too given I only have 30K miles ?

 

If you can, post pics of the rotors.

Would be best if you removed the tire and wheel, got a side picture.

30k miles is VERY early to change rotors unless the thing has been driven like crazy in NYC traffic.
