Problem with Fan

Problem with Fan
Hello.
Audi Q7, 2012 modell.
I can start the car and turn on the fan, and the fan goes for some seconds and then rewind and stops completely.
No reactions regardless input after that.
I have tried to replace the Fan ( 4L1820021A ) No luck.
Then I replaced the Regulator ( 3C0907521F ) No luck.
Then I tried two 2.hand (used) Control panel (4L0820043AH) and (4L0820043AP) No Luck.
Those two Control Panels didn't "light-up" at all. (I get OFF light, but no more.)
Do they have to be "adopted" to the car? Any Reset ?
Any suggestions ?
