Q7 died

Q7 died
I went to a hand car wash for the Q7, and the next day, they phone me because they was not able to start up the vehicle. When I insert the key and turn it, the car does nothing, the instrument panel does not work , the steering wheel is blocked,…. I have checked the battery and all fuses and they are OK. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks

..but the instrument panel is also died.
I have checked the electronic units with a Launch X-431 Diagun and it only find the engine unit (other units are N/A), however it can do the test of the instrument panel ???
