Default Removing the center console in the second seat row

Team,

I trust this note finds you all great.

I was wondering if the knowledge in this group could help me. I have a Q7 2007 with a 2 + 2 + 2 seat configuration (instead of the standard 3 seat second row). In other words, my car has 2 seats at the front, 2 seats in the 2nd row, and 2 seats in the third row.

In the second row, the two seats are separated by a center console / arm rest. Basically an arm rest with some space. I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove that center console.

Me and my wife have been blessed with our third kid, that means that I need know to keep my older twins all the time. As a result, removing the console will make it easier for them to get to the 3rd row.

Thanks,
