Seriously man, take a deep breath. No kit comes with an intake manifold. The APR one is extra and is $1200 + you need to port or swap in a AEB head to use it. As for the kit, that is the new tial housing manifold and turbo. The stainless steal is lighter and flows better than a T3 square flange and heavy cast manifold.
If you want that turbo to make 400awhp, you will need a big port intake manifold, AEB head, rods, race gas and 30psi.
You can run 24psi with pump with rods and i wouldnt run more than 18-20psi with stock rods.

Arnold is a good guy. I cant wait to run that Tial turbo and manifold. The housing makes the turbo ~12lbs lighter and should spool faster and make more power than a T3 housing. It makes me really fight myself if i want atubular (FR or 034)manifold or his cast manifold. [:@]
yup im gonna use his kit rather than apr's because 5k vs 7k you tell me lol and his seem to be better quality
