2009: 20, better than average, small sample size

2008: 58, about average

2002: 164, worse than average, small sample size

2001: 159, worse than average

vacuum hoses and ignition wires crack, they will need replacing, aside from traditional servicing (oil, Timebelt) thats the only real known problem with 1.8t manual TTs. not bad considering this car has alot useful aspects, AWD, benchseat, good fuel consumption and swift performance
