Default Bad Sounds, Right Front

My wife's 2002 TT Roadster is making some awful noise upon acceleration in the right front area. Once there is no loading, things quiet down and the only thing noticable is a cluncking sound in the same area when moving over small bumps in the road.
Any ideas?
I am a newbie here so please be kind.
Thanks,
Drums

Suspension parts wear. So, a 2002 probably needs some new suspension parts.

clunking could be drop links
squeeking/creaking could be sway bar bushing
gawd awful noise could be little kid from down the street.

cheers.

The engine mounts [passenger side] BROKE! Along with a leaking valve cover gasket [part: $70] the whole thing cost $1,700! Merry Christmas, Huh?!
Thanks for your input!
