I noticed the other day while washing my car that there was this black crap along the driver side rear 1/4 and the bumper cover. I didn't think to much of other than I had to get some goo gone to get it off. Then when parked on other side the parking lot at work I saw another tt parked a spot over from me (such respect) and he had the same crap. Only it was all over the the rear bumper and 1/4 not just along the seem. Anyone know what that is?

More than likely its road tar. I wouldnt be to concerned with it as long as it came off.
