Well I have had an unexpected couple of weeks! My turbo died last week and instead of just replacing it I decided to go BT. TONS of thanks to Cincy and Rippinralf(Clay at vwvortex) for helping me with all my questions and getting my build list together. I am going with a T3/T4E 50trim 48ar turbo from Kinetic motorsport, I am also using their exhaust manifold, and 02 pipe. This way I can use my 42DD DP that I recently got! A Tial 38mm WG, Siemens 630cc injectors, and a walbro 255lph inline fuel pump are also part of the build. I will be using Unitronic 630cc BT software. I will be running this setup on about 16psi until I get my trans upgraded. I will keep this thread updated once parts start to come in. This is what the turbo , manifold,02 pipe, and WG will look like(this is a 63ar not a 48ar):

 

Mmm thats going to be pure sex... good luck with the install, you have a fmic or clutch yet? what about exhaust?

I have a FMIC and full 3" exhaust. My car is a fwd tiptronic, I will be getting an upgrade kit for it soon.

 

Oh yeah, even on 16psi I can't wait to see how it feels!
