Okay, this afternoon I decided I would charge my AC. While I was busy fiddling with the connector and the port I noticed a brown wire with a black tracer running in a small snake skin next to the larger snake skin with the passenger side headlight harness. This wire was cut. Does anyone know what this wire is for??

And can someone please tell me what lights should come on when the parking lights are turned on?? I get lights in the rear but nothing up front at all.
